Our adult martial arts program offers a curriculum that is deeply rooted in tradition and balanced with progressive and innovative teaching methods. Kenpo Karate teaches various striking, blocking and kicking exercises that build foundation, proper form and technique. It offers focus, mental discipline and practical self-defense against single and multiple attackers. Sparring, which is optional, builds reflex, timing and “how to react” spontaneously without knowing your opponent’s attack. Above all, Kenpo Karate teaches the practitioner to be the best person they can be through self-discipline, self-confidence and self-respect.
